Mosaic Backsplash Medallion

This is actually a computer generated mosaic pattern of a backsplash medallion for a commission project. The computer image allowed the client to view the finished product before it was even started. The actual medallion, pictured below, is 12" x 12" set on the diagonal and will form the centerpiece for the kitchen backsplash area. The backsplash area behind the range will have a 6" border of matching and seamless basketweave pattern in copper and copper/gold/silver Van Gogh glass with tiny squares of reflective red glass.
